About ZOMAKE
ZOMAKE is a gear brand. Since 2016 we have made umbrellas, packable bags and shoe horns, and sold them through our retail partner.
Three kinds of gear, one way of choosing
On the face of it the range is an odd mix: a 68 inch golf umbrella, a backpack that folds into its own pocket, a 31.5 inch steel shoe horn. What ties them together is how you choose them. Each one comes down to a single number, the arc of the open canopy, the liters inside the pack, the length of the horn, and once you know yours, the rest is color.
That is why every card on this site prints the number first and why the shelves are sorted by it. A golf umbrella comes in 51, 54, 62, 68, 72 and 80 inches because two people under a canopy is a different problem from one person and a bag; a packable daypack comes in 10 to 35 liters because a short walk and a full day ask different things of it.
What the materials do, in plain words
The umbrellas stand on fiberglass ribs, which bend in a gust and spring back where a steel rib would kink. Most golf canopies are doubled with a vent between the layers, and the UV models carry a coating rated UPF 50+ on the label with a silver underside. The packs are tear-resistant nylon that sheds a shower but is not a dry bag.
The shoe horns come in stainless steel, beech wood and ABS plastic. Steel is thin and rigid, wood is warm in the hand, plastic is light and cheap enough to keep at every door. The boot jacks, the iron one included, do one job: you step on the plate and step out of the boot.
