What we can answer
Anything about the gear: which umbrella covers two people, what a 20 liter pack holds, which shoe horn length lets you stand straight. We can also tell you when a colorway left the catalog and whether it is expected back.
What we cannot
Order status, delivery dates, refunds and returns. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. Their order page has the tracking and the return window; we never see either.
